Havas Life was tasked with redesigning the MS Atrium – a 3D Environment that presents emerging trends and innovative topics in multiple sclerosis. Originally built using Adobe Flash, it needed to retain the award winning comprehensive tools and resources using HTML5.
I worked closely with the H4B creative team ensuring that their designs and animation ideations would be delivered intact to the internal production team at Havas Production Services. This meant managing team members as they explored what was feasible in merging 3D animations inside of a HTML environment. An agile methodology was incorporated by the dev team to rapidly iterate functional prototypes before committing to the official build.
In addition, I coordinated the creation of the requirements, testing, risk and database architecture documentation between the business analysts, database administrators and Sanofi IT department.
